Director
CEO of Universal Asset Management, Tanjir is a fintech entrepreneur and Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) with extensive experience in fund management and financial technology. He played a central role in securing UAM's DFSA authorisation. His approach combines technology-driven innovation with traditional financial strategy, with a strong focus on transparency and client-centric investment practices.
Dr. Zana Kalam
Director
Dr. Farzana Kalam brings decades of experience across alternative investments, specialist mortgages, and portfolio management, serving as Director at both UAM and TS Asset Management (UK). A trained medical doctor with a tenure at the NHS, she brings rare analytical depth to financial decision-making. Raised in Riyadh and fluent in Arabic and English, she brings a genuinely international perspective to the firm's strategy.
Dylan Ball
Director
Dylan brings over 16 years at Franklin Templeton Investments, serving as Head of European Equities in London from 2017 to 2023, managing approximately $2 billion in client funds. He restructured the SMID cap fund range and co-founded the Templeton Global Climate and Leaders funds. His expertise spans portfolio management, research, and fund marketing across Financials, Utilities, Consumer, and Industrial sectors.
